The S10 eating plan consists of 3 phases. Phase 1 is the rapid fat loss phase for 6 weeks.
Phase 2 is the diet break phase for 2 weeks.
Phase 3 is the maintenance phase forever.
This is the phase where you lose fat really fast. All you have to do is commit for 6 weeks. We will guide and support you through til the end. You will not feel hungry, you will have enough energy to cope with daily life (and even exercise). .
Do not worry about your weight again. Once you reach your weight loss goals you will move on to phase 3, the maintenance phase. As weight loss navigators we will guide you and provide you with an eating plan to make sure the weight you have lost stays off!
